2. Our Services

Recovery Stays provides non-clinical accommodation advisory services related to recovery-aligned stays, including:

• Feasibility Assessments

• Recovery Optimisation Guidance

• Advisory reports and consultations

• Curated accommodation designation (invite-only)

We operate on the accommodation and operational side of recovery-oriented travel.

We are not:

• A medical provider

• A healthcare facility

• A booking platform

• A property manager

• A medical certifier

All services are advisory and informational only.

3. Non-Medical Disclaimer

Recovery Stays does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical assessment.

Any references to recovery, post-discharge needs, accessibility, comfort, healing environments, or wellbeing are non-clinical and environmental only.

Clients, guests, and patients must seek medical advice from qualified healthcare professionals. All medical decisions remain their responsibility.

4. Feasibility Assessment

The Feasibility Assessment evaluates whether a property is operationally and contextually suitable for one or more recovery-aligned accommodation profiles.

Important notes:

• Payment does not guarantee suitability or approval

• Outcomes may include a determination that the property is not currently suitable

• The assessment does not certify safety, compliance, or medical appropriateness

The purpose of this service is classification and feasibility — not optimisation or design.

5. Recovery Optimisation Guidance

Recovery Optimisation Guidance is available only to properties that pass feasibility.

This service provides:

• Advisory recommendations

• Environmental and operational guidance

• Non-clinical improvement priorities

We do not:

• Act as architects, interior designers, or contractors

• Provide construction drawings

• Verify or supervise implementation

All implementation decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of the property owner.

6. Curated Recovery Collection

Inclusion in the Curated Recovery Collection:

• Is invite-only

• Is discretionary

• May be reviewed or revoked at any time

Inclusion does not:

• Guarantee bookings or revenue

• Represent medical endorsement

• Replace due diligence by guests or providers

7. No Guarantees

Recovery Stays makes no guarantees regarding:

• Occupancy or bookings

• Revenue or return on investment

• Guest satisfaction or outcomes

• Market demand or performance

Any examples or projections are illustrative only.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients confirm that:

• All submitted information is accurate and complete

• They have the right to share property details, images, and floor plans

• They understand services are advisory and non-clinical

Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect assessment outcomes.

9. Fees & Payments

• Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated

• Pricing may vary by service, scope, or promotion

• Work begins once payment is received

Fees reflect professional time, analysis, and expertise — not outcomes.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the analytical and advisory nature of our services:

• Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

• If work has not yet begun, refunds may be considered at our discretion

A determination of non-suitability does not qualify for a refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All reports, methodologies, checklists, and written materials remain the intellectual property of Recovery Stays.

Clients may use deliverables for their own property but may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them to third parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recovery Stays shall not be liable for:

• Loss of income or profits

• Guest dissatisfaction

• Medical or health outcomes

• Regulatory or compliance issues

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

13. Confidentiality

Property information shared with us is treated as confidential and is not publicly disclosed without permission, except where required by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Recovery Stays is registered.

15. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
